A tasty approach to consumer excitement 

Who wouldn’t want to work with Krispy Kreme, the well-loved purveyors of doughnut deliciousness? We produce video content for their own in-store digital menu displays and for their digital displays in 150+ Tesco stores nationwide as well as for their social media feed. 


We collaborate with Krispy Kreme to bring to life their frequent and seasonal campaigns including shooting their doughnuts (we know – living our best life!) and producing edits and animations including complete CGI creations in a multitude of format using our proprietary edit/production/client production system designed for this process. 

Switching on the sun for Thames Water

Critical seasonal advice is an essential aspect of Thames Water’s customer service; they came to us to devise and produce video content to guide customers around water use, especially during the summer. 


Shooting in March for a summer campaign can be problematic – a wintry and grey day, rain and limited daylight hours combine to thwart the look! Plus, the pandemic added many more time restraints due to our thorough safety procedures for everyone on location. 


So, armed with the chosen actors (a family who were all related – necessary due to COVID), storyboards and some heavy-duty lighting and grips we descended on a location to crack through all the videos (five of them) in one day. 

The time taken to set up the lighting was necessary to give us a bright image which we could accentuate in post production. The afternoon was stormy and very dark so the 5K lights were blasted through the windows to maintain some ‘sun’. 


Accommodating eleven cast and crew (including make-up and a set photographer) was a logistical headache – social distancing, overlapping breaks and set hygiene was paramount. Our experience with these difficult challenges really pays off. 


Once in post-production we edited and graded the videos (adding some summery sky in one shot) and also made portrait versions for social media use.
