Time To Talk 2026
Time To Talk is an annual campaign in the UK that encourages open conversations about mental health to break down stigma and build supportive communities. https://timetotalkday.co.uk/
Time to Talk Day 2026 is on 5 February. It’s a great moment for companies to demonstrate their commitment to mental health.
We’ve produced many films on the theme, and you can draw on our experience to make video that sparks action.
Steve's Story
Steve experienced a life-changing workplace accident and in this video he shares his journey before, during, and after the event.
This powerful story was used to educate employees during in-person health and safety meetings.
We filmed everything in a single day, capturing scenes at Steve’s house and a local gym. After pre-interviewing Steve about his early life, we chose these locations to add visual interest and depth to his story.
King's College London Women Entrepreneurs
We asked a group of women entrepreneurs about their challenges, doubts, and how they overcome imposter syndrome. Their responses were refreshingly honest and might surprise you.
By featuring their genuine answers at the start of the video, we aimed to create a connection with the viewers, showing that even strong role models share common doubts. This made their advice all the more authentic and valuable.
Charlie's Journey
When COVID hit, Charlie and his wife faced challenges that threatened their lives.
In our conversation with Charlie, he shared the desperate situation they found themselves in. This film was created to educate the workforce on the importance of following COVID testing routines both on-site and at home, to protect colleagues and loved ones. We filmed in two locations—Epsom, to reenact Charlie’s afternoon and evening, and Somerset, where Charlie and his wife live.
Thames Water - Time To Talk
Finally, Time To Talk itself! For Thames Water we took a different approach – using scripted humour rather than the 'real life story' approach.
We wrote a short, self-effacing skit that was well-received. Often, a completely alternative approach from what might be expected can shake-up expectation.
We drew upon local actors to shoot for half a day – delivering a memorable video that exceeded expectation.
