Essity  |  'Making Safety Child's Play'

When global hygiene and health leader Essity needed us to give them a fresh way to deliver safety at their historic Oakenholt Mill, we ditched the PowerPoint and brought in a cast of imaginative young minds. Our approach was centred on children running the Oakenholt mill (think Oompa Loompas in Charlie and the Chocolate factory!).

We created a playful safety video starring the children and grandchildren from real Essity employees as the mill’s pint-sized operators.

The result? It’s not just engaging; it’s effective. Delivering key messages with humour and heart. Making Safety Child’s Play is a standout induction video that transforms essential H&S information into a fun, memorable experience for visitors.

But the best bit? The campaign won Gold at the Confederation of Paper Industries Awards, recognised for its innovation, inclusivity, and impact.


With 95,000 views on Essity’s YouTube channel and glowing feedback from staff and visitors alike, we love that our work has made waves both inside and outside the company. We also created external cutdowns for LinkedIn to position Essity as a great place to work.

This one-off campaign proves that safety doesn’t have to be taken seriously and that creativity can turn even the most routine messages into something fun and extraordinary.
